About the artist

When I was two years old, I climbed up on a chair to watch my mother painting, a deer, jumping out of some brush. That is my first memory of her and my first exposure to Art. The painting hangs in my living room today. I have always drawn and painted. One of the highlights of my work week in NYC Was painting and drawing at the Art Students League at night after work. One of the joys of retiring to the country is spending more time to study my surroundings and taking inspiration from studying the works of others.
